Quality Care & Management Services LLC was born from a personal need. Founder Wanda Harvey watched her own family navigate the challenges of aging without a reliable partner. She promised herself that no family in her community would ever have to face those choices alone.
With over two decades of senior care experience, Wanda built an agency around the values she grew up with: dignity, warmth, and respect. What began as a small team serving a handful of families has grown into a full-spectrum care agency — offering in-home care, adult day stay, holistic wellness, professional case management, and our signature independent living residence, Duhart Legacy House.
